On December 4, 2025, IQ World Games AG signed an agreement to fully acquire Eldorado GmbH, a technology provider for discount and bonus solutions in brick-and-mortar retail.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed within the current fiscal year.

Eldorado brings a strong merchant network and a modern infrastructure for digital vouchers, bonus programs, and customer-centric marketing into the group.

Eldorado's role in the Digital Gold Rush ecosystem

The acquisition forms the basis for the introduction of the new Target-&-Reward System, which connects Digital Gold Rush with real-world stores:
